It's been awhile.Social Communication.

new post took 1 year and a half to make it here. I know. I'm not a writer but I do wish something or somewhat will record all my ideas on the go and publish it without me making the fuss to turn this on and type it down. The Future we will wait.
From these pass years lots of things had happen, majorly I was focusing on human characteristic and ways of approaching. I was not a social people, but now I'm stepping into it.

So today's topic is What to Say and Not to Say (common sense for shut-in people like me)

1. Conversation: . Simple ways for a conversation to work is...response. Never reply with one word at each question. Make sure it varies, from sports to celebrities or from weather to travelling.
[to get out of the conversation in a good way by not hurting the person's feeling is to find reasonable excuse to get away-not "I got a cat to feed. Later" and making the face please stop talking - NO  ]

2. Approaching:
How about not saying at all... just smile. A tactic for a simple approach. They say to smile it in the way of utter sincere. Well at first I hated this smile, it is easily noticeable when I quiver at both ends of my lips. it obviously shows that I'm nervous. It does take practice.

Try practise on a mirror and then remember when smiling try lifting up your chin and smile. And don't forget to look at the person's face
[if you can't look in the eye, look at other parts of the face... avoid the lips!-shows different meaning]
to the person you are targeting. If you start to quiver, just laugh at it. Don't hold back. When you smile people will approach you naturally because they feel comfortable with the one being look like ultra friendly.

3. Bad Mouthing: Talk it on your own! Never in front of your friends - it will ruin your "pure" image, cause unhealthy thoughts which expands more with friends that encourage you more to do so. If your friend started it, just smile and nod or otherwise, if you join in, later you might spill the beans in front of the Queen herself.

4. Details: Best conservationist does not talk much in detail. But they do talk when people are interested. If you wanna be that kinda cool people and be respected, is actually not to talk that much. Not detailed like Sheldon Cooper. I've notice that awesome people always wait to reveal their element of surprised [yourself that you are proud of] at the last moment ... not telling it at the first, second or third meeting, but after. It does work for those wanted to be remembered.

There are other details that I can list to you, from this past year I've learned, but for a simple way kind of communication is to nod and smile.
When to nod and smile (trick):
  • To turn on the deaf ear
  • as a gesture for "hello"
  • as gesture of "excuse me"
  • "goodbye"
  • "I understand"
  • Noticing that a person did something wrong
  • or just about anything.
By this you can get in and out the conversation freely, people will easily forget you, try No. 4, make them memories of you last longer. :D

For those who gonna become a university student

it has Been awhile, 2011 so fast the year has come.

Ok few tips gonna tell you on when you gonna become a university student

1. Be prepared to get far away from your parents (those who have used to live in boarding school you may survive)

2. Your FOOD STOCK is compulsory never ever let your locker contains no food! very important for quick short-break from classes (especially break between 6 to 8 pm because you will might get lazy buy them at cafeteria)

3. Those who have health issues... not acne... bring along your food supplement. Just in case. (yeah, I need supplement "cod liver oil" because of my eczema, am not a wussy of health)

4. Prevent drinking anything that is not water (pure water) . These is a tip for those who want to become a whiz. Oh yeah, soft drink can make you feel drowsy in class, where this will cause you get busted by your lecturers.

5. less or more 6 hours of sleep, is danger ... don't know why because last week I sleep for 8 hours i get tired and yawn in class so when I reach to my room ... ahh pillow

6. Empty your table and surroundings. Store them properly... FYI your college room is not the same as your lovely bedroom at your home (you don't want to get fussy head when you get a lot of assignment and a messy room)

7. Get ready to know your room-mates. (just be ready)

8. common problem... MONEY... be good at managing it... nothing to tell

9. Lastly, gain your network. This for those who want to be popular or be known by people. (well I am also in those group but always forgotten maybe I just don't shine much)

So... this are the tips for you guys who can't wait to become a university student . GET READY. Take it as if you are playing games. This tip as if your walk-through.
Well about stress, you need to overcome yourself... like in games you play it for fun or you take it seriously.

Your Welcome.

7 Things that I hate about watering plants

1. Every time when I was doing something that I like or watching tv then that is the time when mom called me to water the plants

2. Dang iT! the water hose is so heavy as if I'm wrangling with an Anaconda. (Dad bought the most best quality of water hose which is also the most heavy one)

3. The little creatures will jump out

4. Floor will be wet then when the leaves fall it will stick and makes it hard to sweep

5. as the water pours makes me want to go to ~ toilet

6. Eyes that stares (Fine I'm aware that I am still wearing my pyjamas even it's already afternoon)

7. Oh I hate snails! i stepped and kicked without my intention 'hate those squishy sound and gooey trail it leave'
Killing snails and slugs here!!!

but the result on watering the plants are worth it everyone likes it and the plants are blooming with flowers "oh, sorry didn't take a pic of my parents flowers, later when i have my own cam that i'll show ya"

my dream home

Lurking properties
~learning estate management can be quite tough ~it takes to read a lot

However, it doesn't cost that much too learn this and the fun part would be the site visit, interviewing, finding property, valuing, and traveling!
Learning can be fun and bored. Gotta find ways to overcome boredom...

~wish me luck! /RAwR\
